Dr. Crete owned a private practice for 38 years that he transitioned from an insurance dependent practice to a fee-for-service, relationship-based practice. He received his dental degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and currently serves as a visiting faculty member at the Pankey Institute and as the alumni relations officer. He served 9 years on the Board of Directors for the L.D. Pankey Foundation, Inc.
