Dr. Otto is a board-certified pediatric dentist, owner of a multi-state, multi-location pediatric group practice, and co-founder of a national practice partnership organization for pediatric dentists. She lectures nationally and co-founded a nonprofit mobile program delivering over $600,000 in free care to underserved children in Central Texas.
