Will my TDA Meeting 2020 conference registration and course fees be refunded?

Yes, your registration and course fees will be refunded in full. At this time, there is no action required. Please allow up to 60 days for all refunds to be processed.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation?

Hotel reservations booked in the TDA block will be cancelled automatically without charge within the next 24 hours and you will receive notification of the cancellation. No action is required on your part. If you made a reservation outside of the TDA block you will need to cancel that reservation directly with the hotel.

Is TDA refunding flights or other travel costs?

TDA will not refund individual travel costs. Please check with your airline regarding their current refund policies.

Will TDA take place later this year?

Due to the size and complexity of the meeting, the TDA Meeting will not be rescheduled. TDA is currently researching other educational opportunities including online learning and smaller continuing education events, we will update our members with that information as it is available.

Will TDA’s House of Delegates take place?

TDA’s House of Delegates meeting will occur, but not as originally planned. TDA’s Speaker of the House and the staff are researching options. The dates, times, format, and location will be announced as soon as possible.

I am a sponsor or an exhibiting company. How does this affect me?

Exhibit and sponsorship fees will be refunded or may be applied to the 2021 TDA Meeting. The staff will reach out to the organizations separately in the next one to two weeks.
