What You Need To Know
- Information for Hotel Reservations
TDA has negotiated discounted hotel rates for TDA Meeting attendees. You must make your hotel reservation through Eleventh & Gather, our official housing provider. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis. Submit your request as soon as possible for the best opportunity of receiving your hotel choice.
If you want to only book a hotel room at this time, you must enter your registration type and contact information and then select book/edit hotel.
- Deadline
All reservations must be received by April 6, 2023, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.

- Deposit
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee for deposit of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED during this initial stage and will be held as a GUARANTEE only.
- Acknowledgments
Eleventh & Gather will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Eleventh & Gather. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.
- Cancellations
Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date will be charged one night’s room plus tax.
Through April 26, 2023 changes and cancellations can be made online or by contacting Eleventh & Gather via e-mail at tda@prereg.net. After April 26, 2023, contact your hotel to make changes and/or cancellations. - Questions or Special Requests?

TAXI: Taxis are available throughout the city and can be hailed at the airport and outside most hotels on the Riverwalk.
RIDESHARE: San Antonio has multiple rides hare options including Uber and Lyft.
STREETCAR: Authentic reproductions of those that traveled the streets of San Antonio more than 50 years ago, streetcars make it easy to get to top attractions like the Alamo, the Spanish Governor’s Palace, La Villita and the King William Historic District. The downtown streetcar station at Convention Plaza provides convenient access for travelers. Purchase a streetcar pass online or at the Visitor Center.

Visiting San Antonio
San Antonio’s airport is only 8.5 miles from the downtown business district — about a 15-minute drive. This means that once you land at the airport, you’re just minutes from downtown or major resorts. If you have questions about how to get around, the Visitor Center is a good source of up-to-the-date information.
San Antonio’s urban core is very compact and you can walk to dozens of restaurants, top sights both on street and along the River Walk. If you stay in a downtown hotel, parking can be arranged through your hotel.

Note: No security is provided in this parking lot. Do not leave any items in your vehicle. No vehicles may be left overnight.
